Hisilome's Keepsake for Cranstal

In 2003 we bred the 'Qu' litter which we had reluctantly decided was going to be our final litter.

IN 2005 we were approached by Mary-Ann Axelsson of the Swedish Hisilome's kennel with a request for semen from Ch. Cranstal Quantum

IN 2006 the Hisilome's 'H' litter were born - by Ch. Cranstal Quantum ex INT UCH NORD UCH NO V-00 Hisilome's Celine. The five puppies have to date produced two International Champions who both have won Lure Coursing CC's plus one Polish Jnr/Swedish Champion who has also won 1 CACIB.

IN 2008 the Hisilome's 'I' litter were born - by Ch. Cranstal Quantum ex NO UCH SE UCH SE VCH Hisilome's Dilba. From six puppies one is a UK Champion; one a Norwegian & Swedish Sh. Ch plus a Swedish Bloodtracking Champion; a further two are Swedish Bloodtracking Champions plus one of these last two has also won 2 CC's towards his show title.

IN JANUARY 2013 we imported a second saluki from the Hisilome's kennel. Hisilome's Keepsake for Cranstal - a granddaughter of our Ch. Cranstal Quantum has proved a total delight to live with. Winning BPIB at her first show at the age of 6 months - in one of the largest Puppy entries of the year - we felt that she had also started her show career in the way in which we hope she goes on!!! Once more we owe many thanks to Mary-Ann Axelsson with her Hisilome's kennel for producing another top quality saluki who also carries our bloodlines for us to campaign in UK.

IN JULY 2014 following the tragic loss in January of Ch. Hisilome’s I am Iceman med Cranstal we imported a third puppy from the Hisilome’s kennel. Hisilome’s Leonore mish Cranstal who was born to Flash’s litter sister Igraine is an old fashioned little charmer with lovely lines and structure. Because of our commitments it was not possible to travel to Sweden - as we had always done previously - to visit the puppies in the nest. However we were confident that Mary-Ann’s ideas on salukis were identical to ours so we happily left the choice to her. A wise decision - as Gaamiq has the most enchanting temperament and looks every bit as promising as Hisilome’s Keepsake for Cranstal did on her arrival in UK at the age of four months. So thank you Mary-Ann for breeding Gaamiq and also for allowing the only black bitch in the litter (very much Paul’s wish!) to join her Cranstal relatives in the Isle of Man.
